At Cyber Syntax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Return request initiated within 15 days of delivery
Product is in original condition with no new damage
All original accessories, chargers, and cables included
Original packaging is intact and undamaged
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Products with physical damage caused after delivery
Devices with water or liquid damage
Products with unauthorized modifications or repairs
Items missing original accessories or packaging
Clearance or final sale items (marked as non-returnable)

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • bKash/Nagad/Rocket: Refund to original mobile wallet within 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: Refund to original bank account within 7-10 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund via bKash or bank transfer (your choice)
  • Store Credit: Available immediately for future purchases

6. Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Items

We cover all return shipping costs if the item is defective or we sent the wrong product

Change of Mind Returns

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of ৳200 may apply

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and guarantees product availability.

8. Damaged During Delivery

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

9. Warranty Claims

For issues covered under our 12-month warranty (manufacturing defects, hardware failures), please refer to our warranty terms. Warranty claims are handled separately from the return policy and may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund based on the specific issue.
